What if I’m very busy?
Many of the clients who join this program are high-functioning people with full schedules.
The structure of the program is designed to create a consistent space each week for nervous system support. Between sessions, practices are simple and manageable so they can realistically fit into daily life.
What if I miss a session?
Sessions are scheduled in advance to support consistency. If you need to reschedule, 48 hours notice is required.
Life happens, and there is flexibility when communication is clear. However, consistent participation is important for the process to work effectively.
What if I’ve already tried meditation or wellness practices before?
Many clients come to this work after trying various approaches on their own.
