About Amrit Kalyan Coaching

Who is Amrit Kalyan?

My work focuses on helping high-achieving women reconnect with themselves through nervous system-based yoga, breathwork, meditation, and reflective integration.

Many of the people I work with appear capable and composed on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from their own body.

The work we do together helps create a steadier internal foundation so life no longer has to be navigated from survival mode.

What is the difference with her approach?

My approach to this work is shaped by lived experience.

Like many of the clients I work with, there was a time when functioning replaced feeling. I learned how to keep showing up, solving problems, and holding things together, even when my nervous system was under significant strain.

Through my own healing process, I began to understand that real change does not happen through pushing harder or simply thinking differently.

It happens through the body, the nervous system.

Practices such as yoga, breathwork, and meditation became a way to reconnect with myself, regulate my nervous system, and begin living from a steadier place.

That experience now informs the way I support others.

What kind of work is this?

My work combines several elements:

• nervous system-based yoga
• breathwork and meditation
• somatic awareness
• reflective coaching and integration

The yoga and embodied practices help regulate the nervous system.

The conversation and reflection help integrate what the body is learning, allowing those shifts to become usable in everyday life.

This work is not about forcing change or fixing yourself.

It is about learning how to return to yourself in a reliable way.

What she does?

In this process, my role is not to act as a therapist or to diagnose problems.

My role is to guide a structured container where consistent practice, reflection, and support can help create meaningful shifts over time.

Many people already have insight into what they are experiencing.

What they often need is a supportive structure and embodied practices that help them reconnect with their own internal signals.
