Refund Policy

Programs and Services

All purchases for services and programs offered through Amrit Kalyan Coaching by Soul Fulfilling Yoga are non-refundable once purchased.

Enrollment in the 12-Week Nervous System Reset secures a reserved coaching container and dedicated session times. Because these times are held specifically for you and preparation occurs before and throughout the program, refunds are not offered once the program has been purchased.

Clients are encouraged to review the program details and participate in the Clarity Call prior to enrollment to ensure the program is the right fit.

Scheduling Changes

If life circumstances arise that affect your ability to attend a scheduled session, please communicate as soon as possible.

When advance notice is given, rescheduling may be possible according to the Cancellation & Scheduling Policy.

The program is designed to be completed within 12 weeks, with limited flexibility for approved scheduling disruptions.

Missed Sessions

Missed sessions or unused portions of the program are not eligible for refunds.

Clients are encouraged to communicate in advance if scheduling conflicts arise so that rescheduling options may be explored according to the Cancellation & Scheduling Policy.

Clarity Calls

Clarity Calls are offered as a complimentary consultation and do not involve payment. As such, no refund policy applies to these sessions.

The 12-Week Nervous System Reset is designed as a structured container that supports meaningful change through consistent participation over time.

Clients who enroll are encouraged to approach the program with a willingness to show up, engage in the practices, and participate fully in the process.
