Program Participation

Programs such as the 12-Week Nervous System Reset are structured coaching containers designed to support change through consistent participation.

Clients understand that:

  • results may vary for each individual

  • progress depends on participation, practice, and personal circumstances

  • the instructor does not guarantee specific outcomes


Scheduling and Attendance

Clients agree to follow the scheduling and attendance policies outlined on the website.
