Clarity Call (Fit Check)

Clarity Calls are offered as a complimentary consultation to explore whether the 12-Week Nervous System Reset is the right fit.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your Clarity Call, please do so at least 12 hours in advance so the time can be made available for someone else.

Missed Clarity Calls without notice may not be eligible for immediate rebooking.

12-Week Nervous System Reset Sessions

The 12-Week Nervous System Reset is a structured program designed to support consistency and meaningful progress through weekly sessions.

Because your session times are reserved specifically for you, the following policies apply.

• Scheduling

• All twelve sessions are scheduled in advance at the time of enrollment.

• Sessions are intended to occur weekly to maintain continuity in the process.

• Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule a session, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.

• Sessions rescheduled with proper notice may be moved to another available time within the program window.

• Missed Sessions

• Sessions missed without at least 48 hours’ notice are considered forfeited.

• Because the container is built around consistency, two missed sessions overall may result in forfeiture of the remaining program sessions.

• Program Completion Window

• The program is designed to be completed within 12 weeks.

• In the case of approved schedule disruptions, a short grace window may be allowed.

• Clients may request a program reset within six months of their last completed session, at the instructor’s discretion.

• Commitment

• This program is designed for clients who are willing to show up consistently and participate actively in the process.

• Consistency helps create the safety and repetition the nervous system needs in order to regulate and change patterns over time.
